Why MAD Mobility?

We have been lead to believe for many years that static stretching is the best and most time effective way of improving our flexibility and mobility, whereas in fact, this couldn’t be further from the truth.

Not only do athletes need mobility to train effectively and pain-free, but we also need it to have a better quality of life, especially when we get older. We need it to get out of bed in the morning, to pick our children up from the floor or even to take something from the top shelf in a supermarket.

At MAD Mobility, we do not just want you to increase your mobility safely, we also want to give you the tools and knowledge to strengthen those ranges and provide you with a deeper understanding of your body. This will not only improve your mobility, but your everyday life.

It is suitable for anyone. From the professional athlete to the daily gym-goers to parents who want hold their children, pain-free! From those suffering and recovering from injuries to those who just want to maintain and access ranges they haven’t been able to before.

For only £7.99 a month, you will receive…

Hi I'm Marth and I am the founder of MAD Mobility. Here's a little bit about me.

I am a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and Olympic Weightlifting coach at IMPACT Training.

During my time as a therapist and coach, I have experienced working with a range of clients, from professional athletes to your regular gym-goer. This has provided me with a deep understanding and knowledge surrounding mobility for both sport-specific training and everyday life.

I am also a competitor myself and with that, alongside my coaching, I understand the movement struggles CrossFit athletes experience when it comes to barbell work, gymnastics and other common movements and well as the ability to assess and correct them.

I believe that everyone has the ability to access their full range of mobility and decrease the risk of injury, but they need help understanding how to attain that. I am here to provide you with all the necessary tools and knowledge to give you access to your full range of mobility, improve your movement and live a healthy, injury-free life.
