Hi I'm Marth and I am the founder of MAD Mobility. Here's a little bit about me.

I am a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and Olympic Weightlifting coach at IMPACT Training.

During my time as a therapist and coach, I have experienced working with a range of clients, from professional athletes to your regular gym-goer. This has provided me with a deep understanding and knowledge surrounding mobility for both sport-specific training and everyday life.

I am also a competitor myself and with that, alongside my coaching, I understand the movement struggles CrossFit athletes experience when it comes to barbell work, gymnastics and other common movements and well as the ability to assess and correct them.

I believe that everyone has the ability to access their full range of mobility and decrease the risk of injury, but they need help understanding how to attain that. I am here to provide you with all the necessary tools and knowledge to give you access to your full range of mobility, improve your movement and live a healthy, injury-free life.
