We have two options for our Beginners:

Option 1: Join one of our monthly Beginners Courses. These run on Friday evenings and include small group sessions, with a minimum of 8 participants.

Option 2: You can complete our Beginners Program as 3x1-2-1 or 2-2-1 sessions with one of our coaches. This is perfect if you can't make our group Beginners Course or if you want more individual coaching.

How does it work?

One of our coaches will be in touch to book a short consultation with you were we can find out about you and your goals, along with any questions you may have about the course. After this, we will reserve your place on our Beginners Course and will look forward to meeting you.

Personal Training

Our Personal Training sessions are perfect for those who need extra help and guidance to achieve their personal goals.

  • 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 sessions available with our expert coaches

How does your first month work?


Our trial month is for those who have experience with olympic weightlifting and CrossFit. If you are new to this style of functional training, we strongly recommend that you first complete our Beginners Course.

When you sign up for our one month trial membership, we want to show you all that we have on offer and welcome you into our fun and supportive family.

After you sign up, one of our expert coaches will give you a call to book in your initial consultation. This is where we can get to know a little bit about you and your goals.

Once we know what your goals are and what you are hoping to achieve, we can get you booked into your first class. We will recommend which classes are best suited to you, based on your goals. This is a great chance to experience our unique classes and to see our amazing coaches in action.

Everyone at IMPACT is super friendly and there is a real mix of abilities, so you don't need to worry, even if you are completely new to exercise! All of our classes have a level system to tailor your workout to you, based on your skill level and the coaches are always there to make sure you're moving safely, to motivate you and to help you when needed.

During your first month

We will also invite you to our monthly socials and events. One of our core values is to make our gym feel like a family, we believe having fun social times is just as important as the training in terms of keeping people happy and consistent.

Once your trial is over we'll book you in with a coach for another sit down and chat to see how your trial went and get you set up with a membership if you want to join the team.

There is no contract tying you in for your first month.
