  • Training in a group can be way more fun than training on your own! Training with others in a small group gives you the opportunity for some camaraderie, you'll also always be there to motivate and push each other.

  • Small group training keeps you motivated! We've seen the positive effects, if everyone else in your group is working hard towards their goals you are way more likely to be able to stay motivated and work hard too.

  • The sessions are still led by a qualified personal trainer. This means you can reap the benefits of the group while also getting personal attention and coaching to keep you on tract, motivated and having fun.

How does it work?

When you sign up for our 30 day trial membership we want to show you all that we have on offer and welcome you to our fun and supportive family. After you sign up one of our friendly coaches will give you a call to book in your initial consultation. This is where we can get to know a little bit about you and your goals. Once we know what your goals are and what you are hoping to achieve, we can get you booked into your first Small Group Training Session. We will make sure you are with a group of people that are a similar ability to you and with similar goals, the environment here is friendly and welcoming so you don't need to worry, even if you're completely new to the gym. This is a great chance to get to know new people who are on a similar journey to you. After your first group session, we can get you booked on to your first class. We will recommend which classes are best suited to you based on your goals. This is a great chance to experience our unique classes and to see our amazing coaches in action.

During your trial month

You can also book in a 30 minute massage which is included. We will also let you know and invite you to our monthly socials and events. One of our core values is to make our gym feel like a family, we believe having fun social times is just as important as the training in terms of keeping people happy and consistent.
Once your trial is over we'll book you in with a coach for another sit down and chat to see how your trial went and talk you through the different membership options.

Package

The beginners package is perfect if you want to join the class membership but feel you need a little bit of help learning the basics before you join in with classes.

The Beginners Package Includes:

  • A Consultation with a coach to talk about you and your goals

  • 4 x 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 session with a coach to learn the basic movements

  • Nutrition advice

  • A week of unlimited classes after you have completed your 4 sessions to try out the classes we have on offer
